Raspberry and apricot meringue tart – Video recipe

Today I offer you a raspberry and apricot meringue tart. It is super delicious and very easy to make, because it is prepared with store-bought puff pastry. But you can replace it with shortcrust pastry if you prefer. Also, you can use other fruits, preferably tangy.

This tart is very fruity, with a contrast of sweet and tangy tastes between the meringue and the fruit. The meringue is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and cuts perfectly. It is a delicious summer dessert, very pleasant to taste, which is easy to eat.
