Strawberry panna cotta is a moist pudding made with ingredients like milk, cream and strawberries. This dessert has a creamy and fruity taste. I loved how the fresh strawberries gave the pudding a beautiful pink color. Not only the color, but it gives it a wonderful berry flavor. It looks like a dessert bought at a restaurant but can easily be made at home. Discover my strawberry jelly.

This panna cotta has a rich, creamy flavor. Gelling is added to the recipe, which helps set the dessert. Instead of gelatin, you can also use agar agar. The addition of strawberries gives a fresh flavor and pleasant taste to the recipe. The texture of the panna cotta is also very creamy and shiny.

If gelatin is not available, you can use china grass. You can also prepare it in small cups so it’s easy to serve. If you don’t have fresh strawberries, you can use strawberry jam.

Ingredients

Strawberries – about 15 chopped strawberries, use fresh strawberries, which are pureed and added to the panna cotta mixture and drizzled over. Reserve extras for garnish

Sugar – 4 to 5 spoons, to make the pudding sweet. You can add more or less depending on your taste.

Vanilla extract – half a small spoon, for a pleasant smell and taste. Vanilla, combined with strawberries, enhances the taste and aroma.

Milk and cream – form the base of the panna cotta which makes the pudding so light, milky and melting in the mold.

Gelatin or agar agar – this helps the pudding to set. You can use either to get a soft hold in your panna cotta.

Expert advice
