1) Take cms, gms, milk powder, cornstarch in a bowl.

2) add ¼ cup of milk to it and make a smooth paste. Cancel.

3) Put the sugar in a saucepan. I use granulated sugar.

4) pour the milk over the sugar. Now put on the fire and bring to a full boil.

5) Now pour in the cornstarch mixture and use a whisk to mix well.

6) Now keep stirring and cook until it comes to a full boil. It will thicken a lot. Now remove it from the heat once it reaches a full boil.

7) Now remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Mix this very well. Set aside to cool completely.

8) Once the mixture has cooled, strain the mixture through a sieve and pour it into a shallow container.

9) Place it in the freezer and freeze it for 3-4 hours.

10)Now the mixture is half frozen.

11) Pour everything into a blender.

12) Add the crème fraîche to this mixture. Mix everything for 1 minute to break up all the ice crystals and make the ice cream even creamier.

13)Now the mixture seems creamy and thick.

14) Pour it into a shallow container to freeze. Store in the freezer for another 3 to 4 hours. Repeat this mixture one more time to get super creamy ice cream.

15) Once the second mixing is complete, return to the freezer overnight. This is what it looks like once frozen.

16) Collect and serve. Look how creamy it looks.
