Fried breads with green and parsley onions – Video recipe

Today I offer fried breads with green onions and parsley. It is a Moldovan recipe, calling Turte – a rustic specialty supposed to replace bread, which can be prepared as much as flavored, here with green onion and parsley tops. On the grass side, we can also add dill, chives, coriander – what we like and what we have.

These breads can be served as is or with vegetables, a salad or grills. The recipe does not contain baker’s yeast, so they are fast enough to prepare because it does not require growth time for the dough. I did the dough in the robot, but you can also do it by hand.
