How often should you change your sheets?

Not changing the sheets can have adverse health effects.

① If the sheets are not changed for a long time, sweat, dandruff, bacteria and other microorganisms will accumulate
② Increase the number of allergens and pathogenic bacteria, thereby increasing the risk of allergies, skin diseases and respiratory infections.Therefore, changing sheets regularly is one of the important steps to keep your bed clean and hygienic and promote healthy sleep. And lying on clean, dry sheets at night is much more pleasant than lying on dirty sheets!
