Easy sorbelle sorbet without sorbetic – Easy recipe

Today I offer you sorbet at the Mirabelle. An easy and quick recipe to make, without a sorbetic, within everyone’s reach. A concentrate of gluttony and flavor! It’s so good and refreshing! A very appreciated sweetness with these heat.

To make this sorbet, I advise you to take very ripe fruit. It will only be better.

Ingredients (for 1 3/4 L tank):

• 1 kg of very ripe mirabelles
• 100 g of water
• 80-100 g of sweet
• 1 lemon, the juice
• 2 tablespoons of Amaretto (optional)
• 1 egg white

Instructions :

1. Clean the mirabellers, then pit them.
2. Add the water, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, mix. Bring to a boil and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the mirabellers, report to a boil, lower the heat to an average intensity (10/14 at home), and cook, stirring for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat, mix everything, then switch to Chinese to remove the small pieces of skin. Add the amaretto, mix and let cool.
5. Mount an egg white in snow and incorporate it into the preparation with a maryse.
6. Pour the preparation into an ice tank.
7. Cover and place in the freezer for 8 hours, before serving.
