Greek eggplant salad – Melitzanosalata – Video recipe

Today I offer you a Greek salad of eggplant, called melitzanosalata. A delicious specialty for eggplant enthusiasts. With its two basic ingredients: eggplant and olive oil, it is an essential recipe for Greek cuisine.

This salad is traditionally served as an aperitif or as a starter, accompanied by good bread. She is so scented – it’s a real explosion of flavors in the mouth! Difficult to stop eating it :-). And if in addition, like me, you can grill the barbecue eggplants, you will find a very pleasant smoked taste.

I highly recommend that you try this salad which was a real crush for me! A recipe to be redone throughout the eggplant season. And if you want to have a vegan recipe, just not add the feta.
