Iced whipped coffee (dalgona coffee) – Video recipe

Today I offer a recipe for icy whipped coffee, also called Café Dalgona. A very trendy recipe at the moment, very easy and quick to make. In addition, with these heat, this is the drink you need! I can’t do without it :-).

It is an energizing and refreshing drink at the same time, prepared in two stages 3 movements, which has nothing to envy to the expensive drinks bought in a coffee shop. Anything you need to prepare this recipe is a milk mousseur – a small device that is not expensive at all, does not take up much space and is widely worth the investment if you like this kind of drinks.

It is an ideal drink to start the day well or to have strength by the pool, while refreshing. You can use decaffeinated coffee instead or chicory according to your preferences.
